Rates & Availability
Heavenly can accommodate up to 13 people. All rate levels include staffing of a chef (and wait staff for larger groups), 2 housekeepers, a gardener and a night watchman. The rates are for the whole house per night.
For those wishing to book resident rates, the person paying for the booking must provide his/her proof of Kenyan citizenship or legal residency. Guest residency/citizenship will not be considered.

There are 3 levels of service available:
Self-Catering: We provide staff & accommodation, including a chef. You handle all aspects of the provisioning/food shopping, with the chef's input. The rate does not include food or drinks.
Self Catering + Concierge (subject to availability): In addition to the Heavenly house staff & chef, we provide a concierge who will visit daily, arrange excursions, help plan menus with you & the chef and do the food shopping, answer questions, and do errands. Payment for the excursions and food shopping is borne by the clients.
Fully Catered (subject to availability): A fully managed arrangement ideal for tour operators/agents that includes the concierge service above but where the concierge & the house team will also pre-plan, provision & lay out all meals, snacks, drinks & sundowners for you. The base rate is the concierge rate and then per person add:
Fully-catered (including meat, seafood & alcohol): KES 22,000 per adult aged 13+/KES 11,000 per child 12 & under per night
Fully catered whole-house vegetarian (no meat, no seafood, no alcohol), cannot be combined with fully-catered: KES 12,000 per adult aged 13+/KES 6,000 per child 12 & under

TERMS
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 10am
Early Check-in: 10am earliest, subject to availability and 50% fee of nightly rate (fee waived on bookings of 7 nights or more, but subject to availability within 3 days of stay, not at time of booking).
Late check-out: 3pm latest, subject to availability and 50% fee of nightly rate (fee waived on bookings of 7 nights or more, but subject to availability within 3 days of stay, not at time of booking).
Free Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available to bookings of 7 nights or more, only within 3 days of stay date (to have guaranteed early check-in or late check-out then the fees above would apply)
Deposit*: 50% nonrefundable (but transferable within 1 year of contract signing date) deposit required to confirm booking. Becomes nontransferable 60 days prior to booking, or 90 days prior for Christmas/New Year/Easter.
Final Payment*: Nonrefundable and nontransferable final payment due 60 days prior to booking, or 90 days prior for Christmas/New Year/Easter. Final payments not received by the deadline will cause the booking to be canceled and deposits to be retained.
*PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ONLY BY 1 PERSON. THE PERSON BOOKING THE HOUSE MUST PAY BOTH THE DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT; PAYMENTS FROM A PERSON WHO DID NOT BOOK THE HOUSE OR FROM MULTIPLE PARTIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND WILL VOID THE BOOKING.
