Rates & Availability
Heavenly can accommodate up to 13 people. There is only one set of rates (applies to both residents & non residents). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for availability.
There are 3 levels of service available:
Self-catering: We provide staff & accommodation, including a chef. You handle all aspects of the provisioning, with the chef's input. The rate does not include food or drinks.
Concierge (subject to availability): In addition to the Heavenly house staff & chef, we provide a concierge who will visit daily, arrange excursions, answer questions, and do errands, including food shopping, at your direction. You plan the menus with the chef, create shopping lists and pay for the provisioning of food & drink as needed. The rate includes the concierge service but not food or drinks.
Concierge + fully catered (subject to availability): A fully managed arrangement that includes the concierge service above but where the concierge will also plan & provision all meals, snacks, drinks & sundowners for you. The rate includes all meals, snacks & drinks.
Fully-catered (including meat, seafood & alcohol): Add KES 22,000 per adult aged 13+/KES 11,000 per child 12 & under per night to
Fully catered whole-house vegetarian (no meat, no seafood, no alcohol), cannot be combined with fully-catered: Add KES 12,000 per adult aged 13+/KES 6,000 per child 12 & under per night to Concierge rate

Early Check-in: 10am earliest, subject to availability and 50% fee of nightly rate (fee waived on bookings of 7 nights or more, but still subject to availability)
Late check-out: 5pm latest, subject to availability and 50% fee of nightly rate (fee waived on bookings of 7 nights or more, but still subject to availability)
Deposit*: 50% nonrefundable (but transferable within 1 year of contract signing date) deposit required to confirm booking. Becomes nontransferable 60 days prior to booking, or 90 days prior for Christmas/New Year/Easter
Final Payment*: Nonrefundable and nontransferable final payment due 60 days prior to booking, or 90 days prior for Christmas/New Year/Easter
*PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ONLY BY 1 PERSON, WHO MUST PAY BOTH THE DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT; PAYMENTS FROM MULTIPLE PARTIES NOT ACCEPTED/WILL VOID THE BOOKING.
Covid terms: Due to any officially documented (by government or doctor) covid-related cancellation, a credit of funds paid will be issued, usable for up to 2 years of original stay date, subject to availability and the prevailing rates at the time.
